Nvidia has officially announced the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti card
The internet has been buzzing about this graphics card for a month and a half. Today, Nvidia has decided to end the "unofficial" leaks and make official the cheapest member of its current GeForce RTX 30xx series. With the RTX 3060 Ti, the company is retiring the 2080 and 2080 Supermodels, because it is both more affordable and faster than them. Compared to 2060, up to 40 percent!
Among the technical characteristics, we should mention 8 gigabytes of GDDR6 memory and the basic operating clock of 1410 megahertz (boost frequency is 1665 MHz). As for the design itself, the graph is reminiscent of the 3070 model - it has two coolers and the latest 12-pin connector. The card can "pull" up to 200 watts, so the minimum power supply recommended is 600 watts. Like its older siblings, the 3060 Ti promises real-time raytracing with support for Nvidia's DLSS. The Founders Edition is on sale from tomorrow, December 2, for 400 dollars, or 348 euros, although at the same time other manufacturers will place their versions on the market, so the variation will be a small million.
