The Honor V40 receives a 3C certificate for 66W charging
The Honor V40 is expected to be unveiled next month, and the device reportedly bears the code name YORK and the model designation YOK-AN10. There is no official information from Honor about the V40 model, but the phone has now received a new certificate.
Chinese certification body 3C has listed the Honor V40 with support for 66W battery charging.
Initial rumors suggested that the Honor V40 would have two variants - one powered by Kirin's chipset, and the other with a MediaTek chip. However, it is now believed that the company has rejected Kirin's version and that the phone will most likely use the Dimensity 1000+ chip.
Besides, it is believed that the Honor V40 will have a 120Hz display, four or five cameras on the back of which the main camera will have a 50MP sensor. More details about the Honor V40 phone are expected in the coming period.
