Apple is reportedly testing two new designs of flexible phones
When it comes to Apple, rumors suggest that we will soon have the opportunity to see a flexible iPhone. Apple is reportedly planning two different models, which will compete with Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip line.
According to an Economic Daily News report, based on sources from Apple's supply chain, the Cupertino-based company is developing two new flexible devices. One of them has a design with two screens, similar to the Microsoft Surface Duo model, while the other has one flexible display, similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip phone.
Apple is testing both models at Foxconn, to check the durability of the hinge, which is especially important with flexible phones.
It is expected, however, that Apple will not introduce its first flexible iPhone or iPad this year. The company reportedly has these products planned for 2022.
