New Tomb Raider game confirmed

The original Tomb Raider game was released back in 1996 and soon became one of the favorite franchises. Then in 2013, Crystal Dynamics restarted the series, and newer Tomb Raider titles got a darker tone.

It's been about three years since the announcement of the last Tomb Raider game, but for the fans of the franchise, the good news is finally coming. In a video post, on Tomb Raider’s Twitter account, game director Will Kerslake confirmed that the studio is currently working on a new game. It is not known when this title will be published.

It will be interesting to see how the studio will approach the process of creating a story that combines a time frame that covers the original games and the redesigned series.

Meanwhile, Netflix has confirmed that we will get the Tomb Raider anime series, which arrives on the platform in the future.
