The Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 reportedly arrives in April
The last we heard about Microsoft’s plans for Surface devices is that the Surface Pro 8 and Surface Laptop 4 will be released in January, however, we only got the Surface Pro 7+ model. Now Windows Central suggests that the Surface Laptop 4 will arrive in April.
Again, the Surface Laptop 4 will have a choice of processors between the AMD and Intel models. Intel's variant will use the 11th generation of Tiger Lake chips, which means that the GPU will be Iris Xe. The report does not mention whether Microsoft will use the Ryzen 4000 or 5000.
AMD and Intel variants of laptops will be available in sizes of 13.5 and 15 inches. The report suggests that no major design changes are expected, and Cobalt Blue will be discarded instead of Ice Blue.
The Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 is expected to be unveiled in mid-April, during a virtual event.
