A special PC edition of the Metro Exodus game has been announced
Metro Exodus appeared exactly two years ago, on February 15, 2019, and brought with it a new chapter of the story based on the novels of Dmitry Glukhovsky.
Now we still don't have the official announcement of the new game, but 4A Games still brings something special to the second anniversary of its release. It is a special PC edition of the game intended for more powerful computers. Called the Enhanced Edition, the PC edition brings all the benefits of the powerful graphics chips that have emerged in the meantime.
These include Ray-tracing, DLSS 2.0 technology, global illumination, and intelligent lighting reconstruction technology that delivers higher resolution and better detail, 4A revealed in a special post on Steam.
This version requires players to use a graphics card that can run ray-tracing details, at a minimum, and on the other hand, this Enhanced version will be free for anyone who has already purchased the game via Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store.
The Metro Exodus PC Enhanced edition will be released during the spring, but the exact release date has not been revealed.
