Minimum and recommended system requirements for Mass Effect trilogy Remaster
The remaster of the Mass Effect trilogy, called the Mass Effect Legendary Edition, has finally been released and will be released in May.
Bioware and Electronic Arts have revealed a good amount of detail along with that date, so we know how to prepare before the game’s release.
The system complexity was also revealed, which will be the same for all three titles and is reflected in the minimum and recommended requirements.
Minimum system requirements:
- Processor: Intel Core i5 3570 or AMD FX-8350
- Graphics card: NVIDIA GTX 760, AMD Radeon 7970 / R9280X GPU
- RAM: 8 GB
- Disk space: 120 GB
Recommended system requirements:
- Processor: Intel Core i7-7700 or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
- Graphics card: NVIDIA GTX 1070 / RTX 200, Radeon Vega 56
- RAM: 16 GB
- Disk space: 120 GB
You will need over 100GB of space, which is somewhat expected, especially when you consider that it is made of 3 titles with all the accompanying content, as well as added high-resolution textures that improve the quality of graphics, and there are also refreshed models.
Other system requirements aren’t overly scary by current standards, so most players will be able to easily recall, or re-experience, the Mass Effect trilogy.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition comes out on May 15th.
