The PS5 DualSense controller has a lifespan of about 417 hours

The concept of drifting the controller, ie the joystick on the controller, has become quite popular due to the Nintendo Switch console, where Joy-Con happens that analog sticks are randomly started and send commands to the console without touching the player.

Nintendo has been sued for this problem on several occasions, and Sony is now the target for the Playstation 5 DualSense controller. The problem with drifting inspired the iFixit channel to better deal with the DualSense controller and find out why this problem occurs after 3-4 months of use.

According to that research, it was discovered that the lifespan of the DualSense controller lasts about 417 hours, after which problems begin to appear. 417 hours and not too long working life for the average gamer, because it's like playing 2 hours a day on the controller for 7 months.
