Is the still-undead Dead Island 2 still moving exclusively to next-gen platforms?
Dead Island 2 has been rolling the gaming scene for almost seven years, and its unfolding is still not even in sight. This zombie action, whose announcement we saw back in 2014, has so far changed several developers, to find a home in the kitchen of Dambuster Studios for now. But even though he has been there for almost two years, we still haven't heard anything new about the game. But things seem to have finally moved from a standstill.
Namely, judging by the whole series of job ads, published on the official website of Dambuster Studios, there is a good chance that this studio gave up the development of Dead Island 2 for PS4 and Xbox One and completely turned to develop versions for next-gen consoles and PC.
If we could finally find out something more concrete about Dead Island 2, for now, we can only speculate. Aside from job ads that are related to this zombie title, Deep Silver and Dambuster Studios are still wisely silent. But either way, there’s a good chance we’ll see some trailer or something by the end of the summer.
