Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti GPU will have 12GB of GDDR6X memory and a limit for cryptocurrency mining
The latest rumors, published by the announcer @ kopite7kimi, suggest that the Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti graphics card is still in preparation.
The pager believes the GPU will have 12GB of GDDR6X video memory, with 19 Gbps throughput across the 384-bit memory bus. This will allow the RTX 3080 Ti performance to be between the RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 models.
Also, Nvidia will implement new technology in the video card that restricts cryptocurrency mining. This was first introduced with the RTX 3060 model last month, and the technology limits the hash rate when mining certain cryptocurrencies, such as Ethereum.
