Square Enix is not planning new DLCs for the first part of the Final Fantasy VII Remake
After a big announcement of DLC content from Yuffie coming to us this spring for the Final Fantasy VII Remake, game director Tetsuya Nomura has finally spoken out and clarified some of the plans related to this big PlayStation 4 hit that will soon move to the PlayStation 5.
In an interview with Famitsu, Nomura said that due to the need to perform the Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, it was inevitable to insert Yuffie as DLC content. But originally, when making the PlayStation 5 version, the idea was not to add DLC, so the DLC game upgrade system with additional missions will be a practice, but this will be just an exception. Now the priority is to create a map to continue the game, which should be facilitated by these previews on the PlayStation 5. But many more things about the future of Remake remain unknown, especially the one related to the continuation of the game. It’s been almost a year since the release of the first part of the remake, and we still know little about how and when we will continue the adventure with Cloud and the team.
