Rockstar revealed when GTA 5 gets versions for the PS 5 and Xbox Series X / S
Grand Theft Auto 5 and GTA Online for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S consoles will go on sale from November 11, 2021, it was announced today from Rockstar. Unfortunately, that’s all they discovered. It was reiterated once again that the GTA 5 on the PS5 and XSX / S will come in an “enhanced edition” with some new features, but this time to they didn’t go into detail on what exactly it refers to.
They have once again confirmed that owners of the PlayStation 5 console will be able to download the next-gen version of GTA Online for free between 11/11/2021 and the second month of 2022. The way they put it sounds like the PS4 / XBO versions of GTA Online will be separate from the PS5 and XSX / S versions. And that gives us a hint that GTA Online on old consoles will one day experience the fate of the PS3 and X360 versions that stopped getting new content after 2015.
It is also unclear what the improved release of GTA 5 for PS5 and XSX / S means for PC gamers.
It was just said that something is being prepared around the 20th anniversary of Grand Theft Auto 3 and that we will have some interesting surprises, including some player-specific GTA Online components.
Specifically for GTA Online this month (May 27), eight new Stunt races arrive. This will be followed by seven new arenas for the futuristic Deadline mode. Survival mode will also get new locations in Los Santos and Blaine County.
As for the Red Dead series, Red Dead Online will win eight new races across five regions. That update arrives on May 25. Later in the summer, new missions will follow in which players in Saint-Denis will create a criminal network through robberies and other criminal acts.
