Aliens: Fireteam got a release date and a new trailer

Seven years after Isolation comes Aliens: Fireteam Elite, an interesting PvE multiplayer title for up to 3 players that aims to deliver an atmosphere like the one from James Cameron’s 1986 Aliens, the second film in the original trilogy.

This is exactly what the new trailer is trying to convince us, bringing images of new creepy locations and aliens that we will explore just like Sergeant Hicks and the Colonial Marines.

 

"This is not going to be an easy game," said developer Craig Zinkievich. We will fight 20 types of enemies including 11 types of Xenomorph, and three players will be able to choose one of the 5 classes offered, each of which has special abilities and equipment such as traps, static machine guns, shock grenades… 

And how hard Aliens will or will not be: Fireteam we will find out on August 24 when it will be released on PC, PS4 / 5, Xbox One, and Xbox X/S.
