Bramble: The Mountain King is a horror title disguised as a colorful platformer

Now that the future of the Little Nightmares series has become uncertain (because the creators of that series will no longer be working on future games), the room has emerged for similar horror adventures. One such has just been announced, called Bramble: The Mountain King.

It will be the story of a little boy who has to go into the wilderness to find his sister. Along the way, he must gain the courage to deal with his fears and break the dark curse. The game is inspired by Nordic folklore so expect trolls and other mythological creatures. Fighting them will be like a fight between David and Goliath - expect opponents to take up most of the screen.

Bramble: The Mountain King will be playing on PC and consoles sometime during 2022.
