The horror game Ghostwire Tokyo has been postponed to 2022
As things currently stand, all the games that manage to be launched in 2021 will already be a success. We expect new delays and date shifts this summer, and the season opens with Bethesda’s horror game Ghostwire Tokyo. Studio Tango Gameworks today announced the news that they have decided to postpone the release of their game for the early period of 2022.
We previously expected to see the game this fall and it was supposed to be one of those next-gen exclusives for the PlayStation 5 (and PC). This also moves the arrival of the game on Xbox consoles, given the fact that Sony has an agreed one-year exclusive for Ghostwire Tokyo that counts from the day of its release.

In case this is your first time hearing about Ghostwire Tokyo, this is a horror title with a first-person view in which we will fight ghosts. In the game, Tokyo is hit by an apocalyptic event - 99% of the population has disappeared, and the city is the scene of a battle against evil spirits called The Visitors.
