A mode that forbade playing Skyrim was banned
According to Skyrim, a somewhat addictive relationship can develop so you play the game more and longer than you should. The solution to this is simple: remove the game installation and there is no problem. Or do you just not start the game? But the problem is still present for those who do not have a sufficient level of self-control, and even those who do not want to remove the game from the disk because they have a bunch of installed modifications, for example.
One modder decided to make a cure for it. He made such a modification that his only task is to bring down Skyrim as soon as the game starts. As long as that mode is installed - no playing Skyrim.
A mod called NoSkyrim has caused controversy on the popular Nexus Mods site. Shortly after its appearance, the mod was removed from that page, probably because Nexus does not accept mods for that purpose. However, NoSkyrim has found its audience and a petition has already been launched to get it back into circulation. There probably won’t be any of that, but it’s interesting what all the people are putting effort into.
