Far Cry 6 promises players the role of a guerrilla legend
The full plot of the story in the upcoming game Far Cry 6 is slowly being revealed to us. In the new trailer yesterday, we found out the background motives of the main villain Anton Castillo. So far we have only known about him that he is a ruthless dictator who plans to turn the Yara state into a paradise. But the methods by which he seeks to achieve this are questionable.
Now we find out that Castillo wants to sell Viviro to the rest of the world - a miracle cure for cancer. But the production of this drug is based on slavery and behind the scenes, there are a lot of things that are controversial to most Yare residents.
The second motif of the story in Far Cry 6 will be Castillo’s relationship with his son Diego. In one of the previous animations, we saw that Diego at one point wants to run away from his father, and now we see that their relationship is quite tense. Diego disagrees with his father’s methods but is forced to listen to him. This may open up an opportunity for a guerrilla resistance movement that could use Diego to fight his father, but that’s already part of the story that will be left for the rest of the game.
Far Cry 6 comes out on October 7 for PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, and Series X / S.
