Elden Ring postponed, but only for a month
Fortunately, the postponement means practically nothing - we will still play the game at the beginning of 2022. Instead of the first month, we are now expecting the Elden Ring on February 25, 2022.
From Software says the reason for the delay is that "the depth and strategic freedom of the game has exceeded initial expectations," whatever that means to them. The happier part of the news is that Elden Ring will have closed testing this year - as early as next month.
We’ve been whining before about how the second month of 2022 will be packed with anticipated games, and take a look at what that schedule looks like now:
04. 02. Dying Light 2 Stay Human
18. 02. Horizon Forbidden West
25. 02. Saints Row
25. 02. Elden Ring
And that's if we don't count Destiny 2: The Witch Queen, SIFU, The King of Fighters XV…
