Arc Raiders will be a new game from former Battlefield developers

The first game of the new Embark Studios team, founded by former Battlefield series developers, will be called Arc Raiders. The official unveiling is scheduled for the Game Awards ceremony on the night of Thursday to Friday, and on that occasion, we received a brief announcement.

Through the 10-second video, we see a clip of the fight against undefined opponents. The action is shown from the perspective of a third person, and the playful character is looking for long-range weapons. The motto of Arc Raiders calls for resistance, so it is to be expected that we will resist some kind of invasion of alien beings, as is often the case in such scenarios.

Arc Raiders could very likely be a free-to-play format game. This is followed by support for cooperative gaming, but these details are still awaiting confirmation.
