The worst-rated games in 2021 according to Metacritic averages

Whatever you think of Metacritic, it is the site that collects by far the largest number of reviews for games and reduces them to an average rating. Therefore, their statistics are relevant, and it is interesting to see a list of the best and worst rated games during the year. Today, for 2021, we have a list of these others - the worst of the worst.

Metacritic had two conditions for that official list. They considered games that have at least seven reviews of the publications themselves and did not repeat games on the list if their different versions (for different platforms) were among the worst-rated.

The top 10 list of the lowest-rated games in 2021 is led by eFootball 2022 with an average rating of 25. The fact that no other game is so "low" shows how bad this result is. The next worst thing is Balan Wonderworld, but already in the "higher" category with an average rating of 36. The infamous list also includes GTA Trilogy as the sixth worst-rated title in 2021.
