Hardspace: Shipbreaker will soon be out of the Early Access program
All the space workers who set out to dismantle the abandoned ships in Hardspace: Shipbreaker, this spring should soon get the third chapter of the campaign, which is also the end of the story. It also means the game will be available in version 1.0.
Another major novelty that should arrive within the new upgrade relates to Ship Saving functionality. In translation, it is about the possibility of recording the progress of the cutting of the ship so that it can be continued later at the location where we hung the gloves on the peg.
Of course, there will be more various fixes, optimizations, and additional improvements to the stability of the game. The advancement system will also get its balancing which should further improve the gaming experience. Upon the arrival of the upgrade, all progress will be reset so you can prepare in advance for the loss of all earned coins.
Hardspace: Shipbreaker is also planned for consoles, but it is not yet known when the game will arrive on other platforms. The development studio says that with the arrival of version 1.0, it will not stop working on the PC version, but the game will continue to receive upgrades and improvements, which will eventually be included in the console version.
