The old hit Elasto Mania gets a remaster after 22 years
Twenty years ago, a popular game genre was 2D motorcycling with a focus on physics. Then the series Trials was born, which is now owned by Ubisoft and is still current. But years before Trials, there was Action SuperCross which is considered the first game of motorcycle acrobatics, and its successor was the more popular Elasto Mania.
Floppy disks and CRT monitors were still in use at the time Elasto Mania was glowing and burning. Those things have become history in the meantime, but Elasto Mania will not allow itself to be plagued by the ravages of time.
Next Wednesday, January 26, Elasto Mania Remastered for PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X / S, and Nintendo Switch will arrive. It seems that there will be no major graphic improvements in the remaster, but we know at least that this version will have more than 100 additional levels and will receive them after the launch.
