Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Could Be Jim Carrey’s Latest Film
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 has come to cinemas, and the first reactions are very good so far. Among the things to brag about again is Jim Carrey’s acting performance in the role of Dr. Ivo Robotnik, and Carrey himself has now told her that this could be his last role in his acting career.
In an interview with Access Hollywood, Carrey said he was taking a break from acting and considering "retirement."
"I'm retiring, probably. I'm pretty serious about that. If the angels bring me a script written in gold ink that tells me how important it is for people to see it, I may continue down that path, but I'm taking a break. ” Carrey said, adding, "I've done enough."
Carrey’s comment is interesting in the context of the future of the film Sonic
because the third part has already been confirmed. It is also interesting that
his role as Dr. Ivo Robotnik won the only acting award since 2011.
