Cyberpunk 2077 developers are excited about a new cyberpunk game called Nivalis

Cyberpunk 2077 has made some happy, some disappointed. In any case, it cannot be said to have been the only cyberpunk atmosphere game in 2020. Cloudpunk approached the futuristic and dystopian world a little differently and was less of a fun game than Cyberpunk 2077. But hey - at least it had flying cars that could be driven!

The developer of Cloudpunk last year announced a new game called Nivalis. Although this game will be a cyberpunk style and atmosphere, it is a different type of gameplay from both Cloudpunk and Cyberpunk 2077. Namely, in Nivalis we will be an entrepreneur who will be able to open restaurants, nightclubs, and the like. Every start will be difficult, so you need to go through a fast-food stand before the restaurant. But when the situation gets stressful, we will always be able to turn our backs and go fishing.

Nivalis is a megalopolis where gangs sell organs and police officers write fines for breathing. But it is also a city where we will be able to buy a house/apartment, meet the citizens and find the love of our lives. The game will have the same visual style as Cloudpunk, which means a voxel presentation. The first video has not yet been released, but the developer released the clip yesterday as an overture to a presentation to follow later this week - probably Thursday.

The show delighted the audience on Twitter, and Marcin Momot, the community leader at CD Projekt RED, also had a positive reaction. Developer ION Lands was a bit taken aback by the interest in the game, claiming that people hadn’t seen even its best parts yet.
