Resident Evil 2, 3 and 7 received free next-gen upgrades
Capcom has launched PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions of its older games: Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Resident Evil 2, and Resident Evil 3 remakes. Current console versions come with support for raytracing reflections, 4K resolution, and three-dimensional sound.
All upgrades to the PS5 and XS versions are free to all owners of these games, both existing and future. The same goes for PC gamers who own these versions - the upgrade is also free for them. It should be noted that PC versions are becoming more demanding - they will no longer support cards that do not support DirectX 12, as well as Windows 7/8 systems.
