Resident Evil Village will get a sequel to the story

Resident Evil Village has sold more than six million copies so far, and Capcom will provide additional content as a thank you to fans. The Resident Evil Village Gold Edition arrives on October 28, 2022, and brings three additions.

• Shadows of Rose - the sequel to the story that takes place 16 years after the Village, starring Ethan's daughter Rosemary Winters who tries to get rid of her powers, but falls into a world where trader Duke is a villain, meets another version of himself and is chased by Molded opponents from RE7
• third-person camera - lets you play the entire campaign with a view behind Ethan's back
• The Mercenaries: Additional Orders - a supplement to Mercenaries fashion with new maps and three additional characters: Chris Redfield, Karl Heisenberg, and Alcina Dimitrescu

It is not yet known how much the Gold Edition will cost, but all of the above will be part of the paid package. In other words, you won’t be able to get a third-party camera for free.

However, there will be something for the existing owners of the game - on the same date, October 28, the multiplayer component of the game Resident Evil RE: Verse will be launched, which should have been released a long time ago.
