The space horror Routine has been re-announced, 10 years after the first announcement
The long-announced game Routine has been announced for the second time. The retro SF horror adventure located in an abandoned base on the Moon will be launched for PC, Xbox Series and Xbox One, and will also come on the Xbox / PC Game Pass.
In this first-person adventure, we will hide from robots and look for a way to survive several sectors of the space station. The game is aesthetically reminiscent of Alien: Isolation, which is no coincidence as it also uses a futuristic vision from an 80s perspective.
As we mentioned earlier, the Routine was announced, 10 years ago. During the re-announcement, the developers admitted that they were close to completing the game around the fifth year of development, but they encountered a problem that they simply did not know how to solve at the time. They ran out of money so Routine fell into the background because they had to look for other projects for the studio to survive. In time, they found a new partner at Raw Fury, which allowed them to complete the game.
He says he won't make the same mistake now by revealing the release date - he will be when he is.
